Information collected automatically
Like most websites, the server that hosts our Site may automatically record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to keep the Site secure and working properly.
Our price calculator runs in your browser. The selections you make in the calculator are not sent to us or stored unless you separately submit a form.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information only for purposes connected to our business, including to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule a free on-site inspection.
- Prepare written estimates and perform the concrete leveling work you request.
- Send appointment reminders, project updates, and invoices.
- Answer questions about completed work or warranty concerns.
- Improve our Site, services, and customer experience.
- Protect our Site, business, and customers against fraud or misuse.
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and licensing obligations.
We will not use photos of your property in our marketing, such as before-and-after examples, unless you give us permission. Even with permission, we will not publish your name or street address.
4. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email, phone and text messaging, scheduling, accounting, and payment processing. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Project partners when your project requires it, such as a structural engineer, inspector, or supplier, and only with the details they need.
- Legal requirements when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or those of our customers or the public.
- Business transfers if our business is sold or merged, in which case your information would remain subject to this policy.
5. Third-Party Services on Our Site
Some features of the Site are provided by third parties that may collect information directly from your browser under their own privacy policies:
- Google Maps is embedded to show our location and service area. Google may collect your IP address and set cookies when the map loads.
- Google Fonts is used to display text on the Site. Your browser connects to Google's servers to load the fonts.
- Phone, text, and email links open your own apps. Messages you send are handled by your carrier or email provider and ours.
You can learn more in Google's Privacy Policy.
6. Cookies and Do Not Track
Our own Site does not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Third-party features, such as the embedded Google Map, may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some embedded features may not work as expected.
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting. Because there is no common industry standard for these signals, our Site does not currently respond to them. We do honor Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, although we do not sell or share personal information.
If we add website analytics or advertising tools in the future, we will update this policy before doing so.
7. How Long We Keep Information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes described in this policy:
- Inquiries that do not become jobs are generally deleted within 24 months.
- Customer and project records, including quotes, invoices, and job photos, are kept for as long as needed to support warranty questions and to meet tax, insurance, and contractor record-keeping requirements.
When information is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. How We Protect Information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including limiting access to people who need it to do their jobs and using password-protected accounts. No website, email, or text message system is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as full payment card numbers or Social Security numbers through our forms, email, or text messages.
9. Your California Privacy Rights
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, to the extent those laws apply to our business. These may include the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of recipients.
- Access a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions such as records we must keep.
- Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell or share personal information.
- Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.
Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you may also ask whether we disclosed personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing. We do not make such disclosures.

11. Children's Privacy
Our Site and services are intended for adults who own or manage property. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
